• All Wrestlers must have a valid USA wrestling card.  Scroll down on our home page for details.

• You can sign up and pay cash at the door, but we recommend you save time and book your class online or from the app Click Here so we can mark your attendance and payment verification ahead of time.  

• Parents may stay and watch but may not coach their wrestlers during practice

• If you would like to volunteer and have a USA wrestling volunteer membership, please inquire.
