#5: Low Leg Single & Out The Back Door Defense

This is when you attack the right (stage right) ankle with your right hand. You can attack either ankle obviously, with either hand too, but we'll be focusing on specifics to make things simpler. You will be on hands and knees, right hand around right ankle, wrapping the heel. You will use your left hand to stabalize yourself, while putting your head on the inside of the knee. You will want to favor keeping your head on the inside of the knee, for all of the defense starts after the head slips between the ankles and the guy starts to attack over the body and scramble.
